Individual Therapy For Adults
I provide individual therapy for adults navigating challenges that influence their focus, emotions, energy, relationships, and sense of self. My approach is grounded and paced with intention, tailored to what feels manageable and supportive for you.
Our work will center around meaningful conversation and reflection. For clients who are interested, I also offer somatic (mind–body) techniques to help reduce stress and support nervous system regulation.

Together, we’ll take time to understand how ADHD shows up in your life, explore the patterns that impact your wellbeing, and identify strategies that help you move through your days with more clarity and confidence.

This simple practice allows us to track progress, notice patterns, and use our time together intentionally.
