Mental Health Care Should Be Simple

At Heartfelt Healing, I want the financial side of therapy to feel as clear and stress-free as possible. When you’re seeking support, the last thing you should worry about is whether you’re interpreting benefits correctly. I’m here to help you understand your options and remove as many barriers as possible, so you can focus on the care you came for.


Insurance Accepted

I’m in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, allowing many clients to use their insurance benefits for therapy. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s always helpful to call your provider to confirm your mental health benefits before your first appointment. If you prefer not to use insurance, I also offer a straightforward private-pay rate.

Note: My goal is to remove as many barriers as possible so you can focus on what truly matters, your well-being. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who may need sliding-scale support. If finances are a concern, you’re welcome to reach out, and we can explore options together.

FAQ’S

  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a helpful place to sort through things with support. You don’t need a crisis or a clear diagnosis to begin. Many people come in simply wanting to feel more grounded, more understood, or more like themselves again.

  • Our first session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and what you need right now. There’s no pressure to prepare anything. You can just come as you are.

  • I offer both. You’re welcome to meet with me in my Auburn office, or we can connect virtually through SimplePractice. Most clients use whichever option fits their week best, and you can switch between the two as needed.

  • I work with adults navigating:

    • ADHD

    • Anxiety & chronic stress

    • Depression

    • Disordered eating

    • Major life transitions

    • Relationship and communication challenges

    • Overwhelm, burnout, and “feeling stuck”
